At Sri Madhura Meenakshi Saree Collections, we aim to provide high-quality products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
• Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or worn products
• Products without original tags and packaging
• Customized or altered sarees/blouses
• Discounted or sale items

3. Return Process

• Contact us via phone or email within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos/videos as proof of damage or issue
• Once approved, we will guide you with the return process

4. Refund Policy

• Refund will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
• If approved, refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be made via original payment method or store credit

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products
• Subject to product availability

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

7. Important Notes

• Slight color variations due to lighting/screen are not considered defects
• Handloom and handcrafted sarees may have minor irregularities
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
