• Delivery time may vary depending on location.
• Delays caused by courier services are beyond our control.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Product must be unused, with original packaging and tags.
• No return/exchange for customized or sale items.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
